Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery to remote or restricted locations may take longer or be unavailable.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation of correct address.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location:

    • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Other Areas: 6–10 business days

  • Delays may occur during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier or other issues).

3. Shipping Charges

  • As displayed at checkout.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply and are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order anytime by calling or mailing our customer care executives.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your package.

  • If undelivered, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may be arranged at additional cost.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order is received damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • We reserve the right to verify claims before processing replacements or refunds.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available as of now.
