At NorthTide, your satisfaction is important to us. Please find our return and refund terms below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Must request return within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include the invoice.
- Non-returnable items include personal care, innerwear, perishables, and customized products.
2. How to Return

Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide self-shipping.

Item is inspected upon receipt—approval or rejection will be notified via email.
3. Replacements

Eligible items may be replaced with the same product (if in stock).

If not available, a refund will be processed.
4. Refunds

Refunds processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

Deductions may apply for return shipping/restocking unless our error.
5. Rejection Grounds
Returns will be rejected if:

Product is used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.

Return request is made after 5 days.

Product is from a non-returnable category.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment via email.

Once shipped, follow return process if eligible.
7. Jurisdiction
